GENEVIEVE ANTONO is the Co-President of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. She also served as its Vice-President/Recruitment Manager in 2013-2014. A former competitive debater, her achievements include representing Team Canada at the World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships, where she ranked in the Top 10.

So far, she has completed internships or worked at: the New York State Office of the Attorney General (Criminal Enforcement and Financial Crimes Bureau), Columbia Law School (Student Services - Clerkships Office), Clifford Chance LLP and the New York State Unified Court System.

Genevieve immigrated to the United States in early 2013. She grew up in Jakarta, Singapore, Toronto and Hong Kong.

SAHNG-AH YOO is the Co-President of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. She also served as its Pre-Professional Officer last year, focused on holding events, like Demystifying Judgeship, that explored all the options a law degree can lead to. Outside of Pre-law Society, she has also served as Mark Van Doren Award Chair and Communications Chair of the Academic Awards Committee.

She is a rising senior at Columbia College studying in the Honors Research Program of the Psychology Department and in the Pre-law program, interested in promoting women’s and immigrants’ rights through the justice system and the law while understanding the psyche of our society and the underlying reasons for inhumane actions through psychology. She has interned at the law office of Ana Siscar, LLC and co-authored a paper on undocumented immigrants in higher education that urges colleges and universities to take on a bigger role in accepting these immigrants using social justice and legal analyses. She is looking forward to this summer working with the New York Civil Liberties Union as their Solomon and Seymour Fisher Fellow.

Sahng-Ah grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania but now is a resident of Connecticut. She is an alumna of Phillips Exeter Academy.

KATE JOO HYUN LEE is the Vice-President for the Columbia Pre-Law Society and a junior in Columbia College double-majoring in East Asian Languages and Cultures and English and Comparative Literature. She is also the president for the Columbia chapter of Liberty in North Korea and the president of KCCC.

Kate is passionate about human rights and the North Korean refugee crisis. To date, she has organized various charity concerts and fundraisers, tutored North Korean refugees, and has worked for the Ministry of Unification. In 2012, she also worked as an intern at the Korean Institute for National Unification. And, in 2013, she worked as a market analyst for the Juren Corporation in Shanghai, focusing on the Korean and Chinese market.

She will spend this summer as a Kenneth Cole fellow, investigating the current rise of deportations in New York State.

Originally from Seoul, Kate attended an international boarding school in Indonesia. She speaks Korean, English, Mandarin, and Indonesian, and has worked in Indonesia, Seoul, and Shanghai.

ALICE CHO is the Treasurer of the Columbia Pre-Law Society.

MEGAN KINCAID is the Academic Affairs Chair and the Secretary on the Executive Board of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. 

She is also on the Executive Board of the Student Wellness Project, where she hopes to continue promoting positive mental health values and standards throughout campus. 

Megan has held a position in the Columbia Philosophy Department, performing various administrative tasks, and worked as a private tutor for many years. This summer, she will work as an intern at the Summer Program for High School students at Columbia University.

Megan hails from Los Angeles, CA and dearly misses the warm weather.

ANTONIA MILLER is an Academic Affairs Partner at the Columbia Pre-Law Society.

She is also the Vice-President and Co-Founder of the Barnard Civil Liberties Club, the Advocacy Coordinator of Columbia Habitat for Humanity, and a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity.

She has interned at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School, the Office of the Manhattan Borough President, and Levo League, a career start-up for Gen-Y women.

She grew up in Paris, France and is studying Political Science with a joint major in Human Rights Studies and a minor in Economics.

BEN EVERSOLE is a junior studying Political Science and Business at Columbia. 

As an Academic Affairs Partner of the Columbia Pre-Law Society, he works to connect students with professors, alumni, and LSAT Prep companies. He also competes on the cross country and track teams here at Columbia. 

Ben grew up in Castro Valley, California, where he became an Eagle Scout. He enjoys political scandals and the Golden State Warriors.

LILIA CHERCHARI is the Public Relations Chair of the Columbia Pre-Law Society.

DIVYA SUNDARAM is a Public Relations Partner of the Columbia Pre-Law Society.

She is also a print editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review, and a member of the Columbia Moy Yee Kung Fu club. Divya intends to major in Political Science, with a potential minor in Economics.

Divya has interned at the Domenici Law Firm (which specializes in environmental law) in Albuquerque, NM for the past two summers. She has also interned at the state offices of Senator Tom Udall and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, and she hopes to one day snag an internship in Washington, D.C.

Divya was born in Gallup, NM and grew up in Albuquerque, NM. She thinks that everyone should sample classic New Mexican food at some point in their life (it’s the best).

KOREY PETGRAVE is the Events Chair of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. 

He is also a selected applicant of Columbia's Engineering-Entrepreneurship Residential Initiative, a collegiate member of the National Society of Black Engineers, and the Undergraduate Chair for the Black Student Group Consortium.

In the past 4 years, Korey has been an active participant in New Jersey's Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial Competition, serving as Senior Attorney and Senior Mentor.

Korey was born in Newark, NJ and grew up in Irvington, NJ. His intended major is Mechanical Engineering. He aspires to attend law school and later pursue a career in Intellectual Property Law.

DANIEL OMACHONU is the Events Partner of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. He is also a Co-Founder and Executive Coordinator of the Men of Color Alliance, the Cypher Coordinator of the Columbia University Society of Hip Hop (CUSH), and a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. 

During the Summer after his first year at Columbia, he worked as a shadowing intern under the auspices of Circuit Judge Miguel M. De La O. of the 11th Circuit in Miami, Florida. He also worked on the staff of the Office of the Mayor of Miami-Dade County. Last year, Columbia University awarded him with a King’s Crown Leadership Award for “Indelible Mark”. 

He was born and raised in Dade County, Miami, Florida and is of Nigerian descent. Fun Fact: He freestyle raps on his free time and his favorite TV show is Boardwalk Empire.

CHRISTOPHER PROCTOR is the Pre-Professional Chair of the Columbia Pre-Law Society. He is also a volunteer for the Relay for Life organization at Columbia.

He is graduating with the CC class of 2015, is a Political Science major, and striving to attend law school. He will be working with the New York State Attorney General's office as well as the U.S Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Additionally, he is working on a concentration in psychology.

Christopher was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and lived in South Florida for his entire life until coming to Columbia.

EILEEN WONG is a Pre-Professional Partner at the Columbia Pre-Law Society. She is also the Events Director of Columbia's Youth for Debate, Project Manager of Columbia's Asian American Alliance, and Lead Editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review. 

Last summer, Eileen interned at Larlee-Rosenberg & Associates, a Canadian immigration law firm, and Forrester & Company, a law firm that specializes in real estate and fraud litigation. Now, she interns at the Children's Defense Fund - New York, where she works on projects for juvenile justice and education reform. 

Eileen was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, and went to boarding school in New Hampshire for two years.

RYAN BAE is a Senior Advisor, after having served as the President of Columbia Pre-Law Society from 2012 to 2014. In Class of 2015, he is majoring in Political Science and concentrating in Business Management.

Last summer, Ryan interned at Permanent Mission of Republic of Korea to the United Nations, contributing research to ECOSOC resolutions on international humanitarian law. He is currently interning at the Research and Media Analysis division of New York City Mayor’s Office, while working as a Programming Assistant at Columbia Business School. 

Ryan was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in British Columbia, Canada.
